We are committed to reducing single-use plastics and as of 2021, we are excited to further our commitment to the planet by removing plastic from all of our product packaging. Our bottle packaging is now made from 100% recycled paper, we use recycled cardboard boxes, and recycled paper and tape to package our orders. At EcoVessel, we are committed to reducing our carbon foot print and all our products are 100% recyclable.

At EcoVessel, we embrace ethical practices by using only the highest quality materials, our products contain no BPA, no BPS, no phthalates, no liners and 100% recyclable.

EcoVessel is designed in the USA and responsibly manufactured in China. We ensure the materials and operations involved with the manufacturing process of our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, fair labour, environmental responsibility and ethical business practices. We achieve these standards by working with only responsible manufactures, by conducting regular factory visits and production observation, third party audits, and regular quality testing of materials and products.

EcoVessel is committed to giving back and is a proud member of 1% for the Planet. We donate a minimum of 1% of our sales to environmental nonprofits. In addition, 5% of all sales on our website are donated to environmental nonprofits including Leave No Trace, Protect Our Winters, Surfrider Foundation, Water for People and Friends of The Koala.

At EcoVessel we have a policy regarding equal employment. All team members have equal rights in positions and opportunities and work in a discrimination free environment.

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, we will gladly exchange or refund any new (unused & undamaged) products within 30 days of the purchase transaction. An admin/restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be incurred for change-of-mind returns, no fee will be incurred for exchanges or if the return is for warranty or repair reasons. We don't accept returns on any opened accessories (where the packaging has been removed), this includes straw and screw cap lids. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and submitted with proof of purchase. We will not reimburse shipping charges and customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk (we recommend taking out shipping insurance and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns). If returning a product, please include a note explaining the reason for the product return along with your contact details. Any items that are missing or that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph and your order details within 7 days at info@ecovessel.com.au and the item will be promptly replaced.
