- Refunds are only accepted on faulty items, store credit is accepted for exchanges. - Items being returned must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached and in original packaging. - I do not do returns for change of mind purchases at this stage. - Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. - For swimwear bottoms or one pieces, underwear must be worn when trying on the items. - Any soiled or stained bottoms will not be accepted for returns. - All tags must be in tact, liners on swimwear and product in original condition. - Sale items at this stage are not accepted for returns. - All shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. - Pre-order items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
