What is made by Fressko’s Return & Refund Policy? Returns on Faulty Goods are accepted within 7 days of your original purchase being received and must be advised in writing. Fressko will cover the shipping fees for the replacement of an item presenting a quality / manufacturing issue once a Warranty Claim has been accepted. You need to fill in the claim form on the WARRANTY page with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved our customer service department will contact you and advise refund options. Returns, credits or refunds apply to the following situations: Faulty goods: If you have received a flask that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs. Unsuitable goods: If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer you a store credit ( at Fressko's discretion ) for the purchase amount – less shipping. If you are requested to return your item it must be returned in an un-used condition and shipping is at the customers expense. Refunds are not given for change of mind.
