For most of the last 50 years 'the paperless office' has been a common phrase in every workplace. Yet there is something intrinsically beautiful, emotional and memorable that keeps drawing us all back to taking notes, journaling and capturing our thoughts and memories with pen & paper. At Notely, we do not believe that should mean cutting down more trees or damaging natural habitats. Our Mission is to Replant The Planet by re-using paper that has already been produced, planting new trees to replace what has already been taken, and protect the natural splendour of Australia’s native rainforests. That's why we only use post-consumer FSC-Certified recycled paper and recycled coffee-cup card stock, and replant a native tree with every order. To minimize our shipping footprint, all our paper and card stock is made and printed here in Australia. We have also minimised our packaging, and made it plastic-free. From our recycled paper bands and tags to our 100% compostable postage bags, we’re passionate about keeping the Notely experience entirely plastic-free. All our orders are dispatched using carbon-neutral delivery via Sendle or Australia Post.

Our notebooks, journals, and wall planners are made entirely from 100% recycled or FSC-certified papers. The inside pages of our notebooks are made from 100% post-consumer waste recycled paper with no virgin paper fibres used. It is carbon-neutral, and created using a completely chlorine-free process. Our unique Cup Notes range is made from recycled coffee cups. Each set saves 1 takeaway coffee cup from landfill! All products are printed using vegetable-based inks so no harmful solvents are used during the printing process. Our beautiful wall-planner hangers are lovingly hand-made from reclaimed timbers right here in Australia.

We partner with local Brisbane businesses to print, bind and produce our products. They are FSC-certified printers and local craftspeople to ensure our product is made in an ethical and sustainable way.

Notely has partnered with 3 charities in the Australian planting space to help Replant the Planet. Every order will help us replant another tree through our partners at Reforest Now and One Tree Planted. Plus, when you place your third order with Notely, you can breathe easier knowing your purchase has funded the protection of 2 square meters of native rainforest with Rainforest Rescue. So far, we’ve contributed to restoring 400sqm of Queensland rainforest.

As a small, female-led business we are conscious of fostering a welcoming and accessible environment for the community to enjoy our sustainable stationery. We do this by ensuring the website is accessible and we are available for questions or issues that might arise during the ordering or decision-making process.

We also offer custom and corporate stationery for businesses and events where we plant 1 tree for every 20 units ordered. This allows businesses to have a custom solution that's sustainable, made from the recycled and FSC-certified papers that we use for our Notely notebooks and journals.

We are 100% committed to making our humans and our planet happy. Please contact within 14 days of receiving your packaging if our tree-positive organiser products don't cut the mustard. To keep our carbon footprint low, we only offer limited returns, so please make your selection carefully. If the product is faulty or damaged during delivery then we will happily exchange it for you.
