At Organic Merchant, we believe that our every day choices and actions have the power to protect and nurture the future. With this in mind, it is our intention to live each day demonstrating care, respect and compassion for our families, the broader community and the environment. Sustainability is an integral part of our business and waste reduction is our goal. All out packaging is made with recycled and recyclable biodegradable materials.

We are Australian Certified Organic (ACO) which means we meet the highest of industry standards.

We support a number of charitable organisations by providing free product for their fundraising activities as well as local community gardens.

Chalimah Jeanne our Founder, takes personal responsibility to mentor every team member to ensure they develop an understanding of certification, sustainability and the health outcomes she aims to create for people and planet. This is with the view that the entire team can contribute to educating our key stakeholder groups in their every day. All new employees are provided training and education material that explains why we have chosen to be a certified organic business and our commitment to enhancing sustainable agriculture methods. This includes information regarding the bud certification logo, the Australian Certified Organic Association and our certification number which is displayed on all our packaging and in our communications activity.
