Key Actions We’re Taking:
Eco-Friendly Materials
Greentom prams are made from 100% recycled plastic, including recycled PET bottles. By using recycled materials, we significantly reduce the need for virgin plastic production, cutting down emissions, conserving natural resources, and preventing plastic waste from ending up in landfills and oceans.

Minimalist, Recyclable Packaging
Our packaging is designed to be minimal, recyclable, and made from sustainable materials. This reduces waste and lowers the environmental impact associated with packaging production and disposal.

End-of-Life Product Strategy
Greentom prams are fully recyclable after use. This ensures that no product ends up in a landfill and that materials can be reused to create new prams or other products.

Energy-Efficient Production
We collaborate with manufacturing partners who prioritise clean energy and efficient production processes to reduce overall energy use and emissions.

Promoting a Circular Economy
The Greentom prams are made from high-quality recycled plastic and recycled PET bottles. After use, Greentom products can be recycled and reused. This creates a true circular solution by generating no additional waste while using existing waste to clean up the environment and produce high-quality, fully functional, and affordable new products.

Raising Environmental Awareness
Beyond our products, we actively engage in initiatives such as community clean-up events and educational campaigns to promote eco-conscious living.

"To make the frame, used plastics are sorted, cleaned and shredded into flakes. These flakes are the raw material for the frame components.

REPREVE is made by Unifi, a leading global textile solutions company. They transform recycled bottles into an amazing fiber, used by the world's leading brands to make athletic and fashion apparel and more. Their process embeds properties like wicking, adaptive warming and cooling, water repellency, and more at the fiber level. For reliable, durable quality. Unifi provides the raw materials for the Greentom fabrics.

QCP is producing Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) compounds from circular polymers (Post-Consumer packaging waste) for typical applications such as Crates & Boxes, Bottles & Cans, Automotive parts and E&E applications. QCP was founded with a clear belief to do things differently in Europe when it comes to plastics. They saw a wonderful opportunity for the 25 million tons of used plastics that is being generated every year, most of which is being landfilled or burned. They want to reduce this pile of waste by reusing it as an alternative to the expensive fossil-based feedstock. By doing so, QCP strongly contributes to the circular economy and improves the environmental footprint by saving energy and reducing CO2 emissions. It also responds to the needs of consumers and brand owners who increasingly call for sustainable products. QCP provides the raw materials for the Greentom frames.

MTB directly contributes to the wellbeing of people and the success of organizations in the Maastricht & Heuvelland region (the Netherlands). They provide products and services in many fields. MTB unites Corporate Social Responsibility and quality. Their people work on self-development within and outside of MTB and eventually find jobs in the regular market. MTB provides the mattress covers for the Greentom Carrycot.
