Description

Organic lip balm with a hint of refreshing lemon myrtle. Jojoba and shea nut oils provide long-lasting hydration, whilst evening primrose oil and vitamin E nourish and soothe. Lemon myrtle oil is known for its anti-microbial properties and may provide relief from cold sores.

Directions

Apply liberally to lips to soothe & protect. Reapply as needed, especially on dry, cold & windy days.

Patch testing recommended before first use.

Returns

Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.

To be eligible for a refund (excluding any shipping costs) or replacement of any goods:

  • Goods invoiced but not supplied.
  • Incorrect supply.
  • Faulty product (the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment) or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required).

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
  • Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.

Our Commitment

Ever since launching my business in 2016, I have been determined to ensure that I consider the environment and the people in it, in every possible way. Starting out, it only felt like small steps e.g. choosing recyclable packaging and making all ingredients organic, but I knew that one day my small steps would be big ones.

As my business grew I was able to add more sustainability merits, including joining 1% for the Planet, which guarantees that we donate at least 1% of our annual sales to charities committed to helping the planet. Our postage was able to be made carbon neutral and our shipping materials 100% compostable or recyclable. We have also recently been able to offer reply paid postage on all product packaging that is not home recyclable, ensuring that we reduce the impact our packaging makes as much as we possibly can.
