What Payment Methods do you currently accept?
We support a wide range of payment methods. These options include:
- Credit Card including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay

Did my order go through
All orders that have been successfully placed will be accompanied by an order confirmation via email. This should come through within an hour from purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folder so don't forget to look in there!

What is Green Friday's Change of Mind policy / Return Policy?
Brands have their own return policies, and users should review these policies before making a purchase. Green Friday will provide visibility to the returns policies applicable to the Brand the item is being purchased from.
A return must be initiated via Green Friday, and Green Friday will be the agent representing both the user and the Brand. The Brand will have final say on the acceptance of the return and eligibility for a refund.
Are there any exclusions from the return policy?
As we are a marketplace, returns will vary depending on the Brand you are purchasing from, there may be different items excluded for return. We provide a link to each Brands Return Policy so you can double check.
How do I ask for a refund?
Please contact our customer support team at support@greenfriday.com.au and our team will communicate with the Brand to ensure the return process is smooth.
Please note the brand will ultimately will have final say on the acceptance of the return and eligibility for a refund.
When will I get my refund / I haven't received my refund
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Credit/Debit card refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account. PayPal or digital wallet refunds usually reflect within 24-48 hours. For direct bank transfers, expect the refund within 5-10 business days. Delays can occur due to bank processing times. If your refund hasn’t appeared after these periods, or if your payment method is inactive, please contact our customer support for assistance.
I received the wrong product
If you've received an incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours. Please reach out with your order number and details of the mix-up via our Contact Us page or directly through our customer support team at support@greenfriday.com.au.
We offer hassle-free returns and will ensure you get the correct product or a full refund promptly. For returns, we cover all shipping costs. Your satisfaction is crucial, so let us make it right.
My order is missing some items

It's crucial to report this within 48 hours of package delivery for swift assistance. Please provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We will prioritise resolving these issues promptly, ensuring you receive the complete order or are compensated accordingly.
What if I need to cancel my order? / How do i cancel my order?
To cancel an order on our Shopify site, please do so immediately as orders move quickly to the shipping process. Visit your account's "Orders" section and select the order you wish to cancel. If the option is available, click "Cancel Order." If not, please contact customer support right away through our Contact Us page, providing your order number and cancellation request. We aim for your satisfaction and will process cancellations swiftly if within the allowed timeframe.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
At Green Friday we align our shipping thresholds to our Brands so depending on the Brand you are purchasing from, there may be differing benchmarks to qualify for free shipping.
You are able to calculate an estimate of shipping costs when you place items in your shopping cart.
What shipping methods are availbale?
At Green Friday we align our shipping methods to our Brands so depending on the Brand you are purchasing from, there may be differing shipping available.
If you are purchasing from more than one brand, Express Shipping may not be available if one of those Brands do not currently offer Express Shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
For Standard Shipping rates it will take between 2 and 8 Business days for your order to arrive
For Express Shipping rates it will take between 1 and 4 Business days for your order to arrive
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately Green Friday currently does not ship internationally. We strictly ship to postal addresses within Australia.
