In this User Agreement, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Green Friday.

This User Agreement is important and you should ensure that you read it carefully and contact us with any questions before you use the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have had sufficient chances to read and understand the User Agreement and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the User Agreement, please do not use the Site.

1.1. Green Friday reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or its services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, functionalities, and availability of products and services.

1.2. While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Site, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or continuously available. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions.

2.1. Orders placed through Green Friday may be subject to rejection or cancellation by Green Friday or the respective Merchants. Users will be notified promptly in such cases, and refunds will be issued as appropriate.

2.2. Users may cancel orders under certain circumstances, subject to the cancellation policies of the specific Merchant. Green Friday may allow order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.

3.1. While Green Friday strives to provide a reliable platform, we disclaim any liability for indirect or consequential losses, except in cases of our own negligence or willful misconduct.

3.2. Users acknowledge that Green Friday acts solely as an intermediary between users and Merchants and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products and services offered by Merchants.

3.3. Our liability under these terms is limited, and users may be responsible for any loss or damage caused by their actions or omissions.

4.1. Green Friday earns commission from Merchants for the sale of products and services through the platform. This commission may be based on various factors, including transaction volume and value.

5.1. Green Friday reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

5.2. Users agree that the terms in place at the time of order placement will govern their transactions, regardless of subsequent changes to the terms.

6.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with this User Agreement when using the Green Friday website.

6.2. By accessing and using the Site, users represent that they possess the legal right and capacity to enter into binding agreements with Green Friday and Merchants.

6.3. Users agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from engaging in any illegal or unauthorised activities.

7.1. Users need to input their email address in order to check out. Users can login to their account to manage information, manage orders and a one time link will be sent to their emails to enable access.

7.2. Registering an account allows users to save their details for future purchases, access order history, manage preferences, and enjoy other benefits offered by Green Friday.

7.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and must notify Green Friday immediately of any unauthorised use or security breaches.

7.4. Green Friday reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or close user accounts that violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activity.

7.5. Users agree to keep their registration details accurate and up-to-date at all times.

8.1. The Site is intended for personal use only, and users agree not to disrupt its operation or interfere with the experiences of other users.

8.2. Users must not use bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods to extract information from the Site without prior authorisation.

8.3. Illegal or unauthorised use of the Site, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.

8.4. Users must not modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or materials from the Site without explicit permission from Green Friday.

9.1. Green Friday acts as a limited agent for both users and Merchants, facilitating transactions, processing payments, and providing support services as described in this Agreement.

9.2. Users acknowledge that transactions conducted through the Green Friday platform create legally binding agreements between users and the respective Merchants.

9.3. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by Merchants for each transaction, including payment terms, shipping policies, and return policies.

9.4. Green Friday reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, without liability to the user.

10.1. Information about products and services listed on the Site is provided by Merchants, and Green Friday does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

10.2. Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Merchants for each product or service purchased through the platform.

10.3. Green Friday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any product or service listing from the Site at any time without prior notice.

11.1. By placing an order through Green Friday, users agree to purchase the selected products or services at the displayed prices and comply with the applicable terms and conditions.

11.2. Users may pay for orders using the payment methods accepted by Green Friday, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other authorised payment methods. Payments will be processed through a secure third-party platform Stripe. Green Friday will not have access to payment details of customers.

11.3. Prices displayed on the Site may be subject to change without notice, and users are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping costs associated with their orders.

11.4. Order processing and delivery times may vary depending on the Merchant's policies and the user's location. Green Friday will provide estimated delivery times when available, but actual delivery times may differ.

11.5. Users may cancel orders under certain conditions, as outlined in Section 2 of this Agreement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

12.1. Merchants have their own return policies, and users should review these policies before making a purchase. Green Friday will provide visibility to the returns policies applicable to the Merchant the item is being purchased from.

12.2. Users must follow the return procedures outlined by Green Friday. A return must be initiated via Green Friday, and Green Friday will be the agent representing both the user and the Merchant. The Merchants will have final say on the acceptance of the return and eligibility for a refund.

12.3. Green Friday assists users in resolving disputes with Merchants and may facilitate communication or mediation between the parties when necessary.

13.1. Green Friday disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or services, except in cases of our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

13.2. Users agree that Green Friday's liability is limited, and we will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from third-party actions or events beyond our control.

13.3. Users acknowledge that Green Friday acts solely as an intermediary between users and Merchants and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products and services offered by Merchants.

14.1. Green Friday respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Users' personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Green Friday's Privacy Policy.

15.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Site and its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are owned by Green Friday or licensed to us by third parties.

15.2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any material from the Site without prior written consent from Green Friday

16.1. Users may submit content, including reviews, comments, and other materials, to the Site. By submitting content, users grant Green Friday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

16.2. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and must ensure that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Green Friday reserves the right to remove or edit user-generated content that violates this Agreement or community guidelines.

17.1. Green Friday may suspend or terminate user access to the Site or services at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or suspected fraudulent activity.

17.2. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the Site and services, and any provisions of this Agreement that would reasonably be expected to survive termination will continue to apply.

18.1. This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed amended to achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect as the original provision, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

20.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Green Friday regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
