Our teabags themselves, are also made from a compostable and plant based material and are biodegradable. Plus, they are lovingly crafted with no strings, tags or staples.

And so we are thrilled to let you know that 95% of our herbs are organic and certified organic, ethically sourced from plantations that use regenerative and sustainable farming practices. We will always strive to have minimal impact on our Earth, this means we will continue to rework and evaluate every area of our business, as new technology becomes available so that we are always doing better.

We are committed to sourcing native Australian botanicals through respected programs that support the employment of indigenous families and their communities. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It must also be in the original packaging with no damage to the seal and not opened. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, in particular perishable goods such as tea, which cannot be returned, but we will assist you where we can. To start a return, please contact us by emailing hello@athellatea.com.au. We will give you a return number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable) * Any item that arrives with severely damaged packaging, or the seal is opened, or the product is damaged. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery on a case by case basis.
