RETURNS / EXCHANGES We want you to love your purchase, so if you need to exchange sizing or decide our product isn't for you, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@bohemi.com.au. Bohemi does not cover the postage cost for change of mind returns; this is the customer's responsibility. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can investigate the problem and make it right. EXCEPTIONS / NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) can not be returned for a change of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. WARRANTY We do not provide warranty for general wear and tear as each dog has a unique lifestyle, personality and behaviour. However, if your item has been cared for correctly per our swing tags and cleaning instructions but becomes faulty within the first six months, you may be eligible for a replacement.
