Ethical fabrication: Our textile suppliers are ECO Biz accredited and have a strict water management plan and onsite facility to treat liquid waste. 30% of the facilities power is generated through our own source of solar power. The largest pollutant in textile manufacturing is the liquid waste that can be harmful to nearby waterway. Their first port of call is to recycle the waste water used in the dyeing process. The water is stored in large tanks onsite then reused in non-sensitive dyeing processes. Where waste water can't be recycled, it treated at the onsite effluent plant so that it can safely re-enter the environment. Reduced plastic packaging: We have eliminated single use plastic by turning to reusable zip lock bags.

Our newest range of pillow covers is lovingly crafted using 35% Tencelā¢, an environmentally-friendly fabric from sustainably grown eucalyptus and beech cellulose fibres, which has the ability to biodegrade at the end of its life cycle. Tencelā¢ is naturally pure white, requiring no bleaching, to further reduce the chemical load of our production process. And our unique dyeing formulations are thoughtfully low-impact, to create fashion-forward colours and prints while minimising our footprint on the earth.
We have partnered with ethical textile suppliers who are ECO Biz accredited. They have a strict water management plan and onsite facility to treat liquid waste. 30% of the facilities power is generated through our own source of solar power. Where waste water can't be recycled, it treated at the onsite effluent plant so that it can safely re-enter the environment. They also have a number of other production optimising machines that help regulate and measure the fabric conditions as its being processed so they are efficiently using their energy. This is more aligned with their natural gas consumption.
We are registered for 1% for the Planet. A global movement inspiring businesses to support environmental solutions through annual memberships and everyday actions. This means we are committed to donate the equivalent of 1% of gross sales through a combination of monetary, in-kind and approved promotional support directly to Environmental Partners. We are also registered as a local Collection Point for The Nappy Collective, an initiative that collects new + leftover nappies + redistribute them to families in crisis across Australia.
