Our products are made from all-natural, biodegradable materials and manufactured in small batches to reduce excess waste. Our packaging is completely plastic free and biodegradable at end of life. Orders are shipped carbon neutral via Auspost.

All products are currently made in-house in Australia. This means we can monitor our entire production process, and ensure the highest ethical standards.

We give back by participating in various community-led dog events. We are a young business, but have plans to donate a portion of our profits to NGO's in the near future.

We've created a circular model by ensuring there is no trace of our products and packaging left behind at end of life. Only using natural, biodegradable materials that will be reabsorbed by the earth means we are not contributing to the world's mass landfill problem.

For Australian Customers Only: We are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund, provided your purchase is in its original condition and original packaging. That means, unused and unwashed. Returns must be lodged no more than 30 days from dispatch. To lodge a return, please email your order number, name, and product you wish to return to madi@consciouspetco.com.au Return postage costs are at the customers expense.
