Earths tribe uses 100% renewable energy and LED lighting to reduce energy. Follows sustainable practices by ensuring all shipping is carbon neutral, packaging is made from biodegradable materials and many boxes are re-used. All cleaning supplies used in the office are from dispensers made from recycled ocean plastic.

All materials are sustainable and biodegradable (i.e. plant based, wood, hemp, cardboard, paper)

Earths Tribe seeks out products from factories that can provide Organic certifications such as GOTS and FSC.

From each sale, donations are giving to projects such as "Greening Australia", the "Seabin Project" and "WWF - Rewild Australia" through i=change. Other programs Earths Tribe has been involved with includes Clean up Australia Day, One Tree Planted and adopting a Koala and Orangutan.

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
