Any packaging we do use is either FSC certified or certified Home Compostable 3. We have a take back program for all our products (except for underwear)

All clothing is made with 100% organic cotton (except for underwear and socks which are made up of 95% and 98% organic cotton. All sneakers are made with 100% organic cotton canvas and FSC certified natural rubber soles. All rubber thongs are made with 100% FSC certified natural rubber
Etiko was the first fairtrade certified fashion brand in Australia. All of our suppliers are certified fairtrade factories. Etiko is one of only 4 fashion brands available in Australia which can prove its work force is paid a living wage. In regards to make our supply chain more sustainable we are always looking for new ideas/materials and techniques
Giving back is a large part of what we do. Via the sale of many of our products we raise much needed funds for organisations 'doing good'. From the Asylum Seekers Resource Centres to Sea Shepherd and and heap more organisations
We've been committed to maintaining inclusion and diversity since the launch of our business back in 2006. This is an integral part of our B Corp accreditation.
Quite simple we use the most natural materials available for making footwear and clothing. We then use the least amount of packaging. Then we take responsibility for all our products at the end of their life.
If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, as long as it meets the following criteria: The item(s) are clean, unworn and in a resalable condition Contact is made with Etiko within 30 days of order receive date. You can call us on (03) 9752 3082 or email us at admin@etiko.com.au Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Etiko will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error, for example an item you received was not correct to what you ordered or was defective in some way. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. Returning your Item Please send your return products back to Etikoโs office/shop front including: A note containing your order number and personal details Advise what items you wish to exchange/refund and what you would prefer the product to be exchanged with For Australian customers, please include a prepaid satchel for your exchange items, so we can send your new item(s) out to you promptly. Overseas customers need to send us an email
