Being a small business we are always looking for ways to reduce emission. We reuse packaging for sending out our products and any glass we are not able to reuse are recycled.

We are using recycled glass from local businesses which are repurposed to create the vessel for our candles.

Fenix Candle Co was founded based on partnering with local businesses by recycling and repurposing glass bottles from local business. We are also active participants volunteering and supporting local businesses through Artisan's Alley in Mornington which is the home of local makers, artists and designers.

Fenix Candle Co is still in it's infancy and run by myself, a female owner. As we grow my I will be be fully committed to achieving and maintain inclusion & diversity.

We encourage reuse and refill of our glass vessels.

We have a 30-day return policy. If you have changed your mind, or are not happy with your purchase, you can return your candle to us within 30 days after your purchase. We are happy to accept returns as long as its in the same condition as you received it and it is in its original packaging. We will also need a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process the refund.. Before you send the order back email moya@fenixcandleco.com.au to confirm that the order is eligible for a refund. Once you get the confirmation email please return the item(s) to Fenix Candle Co, PO Box 77, Mt Martha, VIC 3934. Once we have received your order and made sure everything is fine and dandy, we will process your refund using the same as your original payment method. Just remember to allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately we don't offer refunds and returns on gift cards, nor items which were purchased more than 30 days ago.
