Here at Fodbods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact hello@fodbods.com and our team will happily assist you. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we do not offer refunds for change of mind purposes (unless the goods are faulty). All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and we may require you to send photos / return the goods to us for assessment. If required to send the goods back to us, you'll have to pay for postage. But hopefully, this policy is not relevant to you because you love everything about your Fodbods ;)
