In partnership with the Department of Conservation and Manawhenua ki Mohua, we've established a 3-hectar predator-proof ecosanctuary for threatened flora and fauna to thrive.

With our 'Shop Your Way' filter, customers can shop products by social and environmental impact - including recyclable packaging and certified organic.
Transparency is at the heart of HealthPost - we believe in being ethical, open and honest - and we consciously choose to partner with brands that commit to transparency too. Before any new product is stocked on our shelves, a brand must complete our mindful values survey - where we ask a lot of questions about their integrity and sustainable commitment. We do this to make sure their values meet our strict ingredient, environmental, and social standards. In this survey, we uncover: - How much integrity, transparency, and responsibility is there in their supply chain? - In what ways are they considering the environmental impact of their packaging? We won’t stock some items, for example single use daily wellness shots. - How do they show they care for the people involved in their business or the people in their community? - In what ways are they using their brand to improve the health of the planet? We're here to keep ethical shopping honest and easy - so our community can make informed choices.
Supporting our community is at the heart of our vision. Over the years we've donated $1.5 million to social and environmental causes, including the HealthPost Nature Trust. Every year our community of dedicated team members and local volunteers give back to nature with our annual tree planting day. Over the last 12 years, we've planted 15,000+ native trees - with many more to go!

Can I return my products? Yes. As long as it’s within 30 days of purchase and your product has been left unopened, we can provide a refund. How can I arrange a return? Please send your products to: HealthPost Returns PO Box 9, Collingwood Golden Bay 7054 New Zealand. Please provide your order number with your return and make sure your product/s are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition. When will I receive my refund? Once your return has been processed, we will send you an update to let you know. Your return will generally be processed within 10 business days.
