Our products are 100% dermatologically tested & suitable for sensitive skin but also Cruelty-free. From the beginning, the Innoxa philosophy has been 'First Do No Harm'. Our skincare and toiletries are Australian-made to align with best-practice manufacturing standards. Our product innovation always considers new ways to reduce our footprint. Heritage Brands have also recently created a safety, health & environment team that is continuously looking at our product and packaging sustainability and is aimed at reducing our plastic packaging and packaging size/carbon footprint.

The Innoxa philosophy has been 'First Do No Harm' since its conception in 1920 & continues to be upheld today. We do not test on animals and our range has been certified as being 100% cruelty free with a diverse range of Vegan Friendly options as well.

This Ethical Sourcing Policy (Policy) embodies Heritage Brands commitment to both the ethical manufacture and supply of consumables and working with suppliers to improve their social and environmental practices. The Policy is based on internationally accepted labour standards. Heritage Brands has the expectation that its suppliers will also share and demonstrate the same commitment. Ethical Standards 1. Employment is freely chosen. 2. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected. 3. Working conditions are safe and hygienic. 4. Child labour shall not be used. 5. Wages are paid. 6. Working hours are not excessive. 7. No discrimination is practised. 8. Regular employment is provided. 9. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed. 10. No Bribery and Corruption engagement. 11. Respect the environment. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy and shall maintain adequaterecords of all aspects of the ethical standards set out in this Policy. Heritage Brands will monitor compliance.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product: Contact (within 14 days of purchase) our very friendly Customer Service team on 1300 650 981 (Monday – Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm AEST, Friday 8.30am - 1pm AEST) or through our contact form. We will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage or replace the faulty product.
