In accordance with the consumer laws of Australia, we will definitely refund you and investigate any broader implications associated with a batch. Should you find a faulty teat, or other Lion & Lady product, please contact hello@lionandlady.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the problem. The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Lion & Lady baby teats, bottles or accessories once they have been opened and used. Returns - Change of mind We know how crazy birth and newborns can be. You want to be ready with bottles, but you might not need them. Accordingly, items shipped from Lion & Lady can be returned within 40 days if unopened.
