Our products are packaged in recyclable packaging, while working towards our goal to be completely plastic free. Our bottles are all recyclable and we encourage all to be re-purposed around the home. Our customer orders are sent out plastic free, with recyclable or bio-degradable shipping materials. Our warehouse and head office uses renewable energy for our power and day to day running of the business.

We have strong criteria to determine the lines we carry. The main components we look for in sourcing our products are: organic, naturally sourced, cold pressed oils, along with the ethos of each company. We love supporting Australian made, small businesses where we can.

We partner with small businesses to support the growth of the local community and maintain an ongoing presence through our social media for sharing recipes, ideas and inspiration for our customers and followers. We donate to various sporting, school and fundraising events.

Here at Natural Good Life we cater for all genders and have options for all age groups. Everyone can, at any age can make a difference to their health and the environment, which drives us to ensure our product range is purposefully inclusive.

We aim to help our customers live a low-tox, sustainable lifestyle. We offer re-usable alternatives to replace single use everyday products. We help people create their own products, allowing less plastic and waste in their households. Our pre-made products are low-tox both for our customers and the environment. We aim to provide plastic free options to help combat single use plastics.

We do understand circumstances change, so we are willing to refund items for change of mind, but there is certain products that can not be returned, as they are not sold as a ‘sealed’ item (these items are listed in this policy). We do accept change of mind refunds, as long as they are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out. They can not be used, torn or damaged in anyway. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of the order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the original shipping costs nor the shipping costs incurred to return the item to us. Please refer to website for full list of items we do not accept for change of mind. All returns must be received within 28 days. All items must be unused, with seals in tact. Products packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes. We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving them and refunds will be processed back the same payment method as purchasing them. We do not refund delivery costs.
