We do understand circumstances change, so we are willing to refund items for change of mind, but there is certain products that can not be returned, as they are not sold as a ‘sealed’ item (these items are listed in this policy). We do accept change of mind refunds, as long as they are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out. They can not be used, torn or damaged in anyway. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of the order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the original shipping costs nor the shipping costs incurred to return the item to us. Please refer to website for full list of items we do not accept for change of mind. All returns must be received within 28 days. All items must be unused, with seals in tact. Products packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes. We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving them and refunds will be processed back the same payment method as purchasing them. We do not refund delivery costs.
