We at Nature's Wonderland are passionate about reducing our carbon footprint and emissions. In order to cut back on waste for sending online orders, we repurpose much of the packaging materials and boxes that are sent to us, limiting our purchases of new packaging materials, and invoices are no longer included in parcels. We use only 100% post-consumer recycled paper for what printing we do and print double-sided. All our parcels are sent carbon neutral through Australia Post's Climate Active certified Carbon Neutral Deliveries program. Our electricity is supplied by a 100% Australian GreenPower Accredited energy company and water is supplied by rainwater tanks. We operate from a location registered with the Wildlife Land Trust and Land for Wildlife, and actively pursue revegetation and regeneration of the land with a minimum of two yearly on-site tree planting projects.

We are committed to providing our customers with only products and brands that not only perform better than the conventional, but also offer a more eco-friendly option. We choose to work with brands and companies who are equally committed to their sustainability journey and the longevity of their products, as well as being easy to use and often reusable.
With the bilby as our mascot, we have been proud supporters of Save The Bilby Fund for many years. We are also active in our own tree planting initiative, which is carried out on our own privately owned land.
Our staff all either live locally or work remotely and we use local and small businesses whenever possible to support our local and Australian made communities.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund, exchange or repair. Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Nature's Wonderland adopts the same approach. The type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. At Nature's Wonderland, we will always take a fair and reasonable approach. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are eligible to receive a refund, exchange or repair provided that: - The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality - You receive the wrong product - The product does not match the photos or description - The product is in resaleable condition and in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories, all labels are still attached, and it is not dirty or in otherwise poor condition (unless it arrived as such)
