We require rigorous trading terms to ensure our supply chain is free from all forms of worker exploitation. All of our suppliers are hand selected and meticulously tested to ensure they comply with our social responsibility principles. We meet with our suppliers prior to doing business and maintain regular contact through the delivery cycle. We also rely upon the assessment of Third Party International Auditors of Social Performance In Global Supply Chains (Amfori BSCI). Some of the key benchmarks we have for auditing our suppliers include zero tolerance for child labour, discrimination, corruption, bribery, animal cruelty, and ensuring safe working conditions and fair pay.

We offer replacements/refunds for faulty garments. However returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law: - All underwear briefs - Items marked as ‘final sale’ or any 'sale item' can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty; We offer store credit or a refund, provided that the request is made using our Return Portal and; - the request is made within 30 days of purchase; - that satisfactory proof of purchase can be provided (upon request from nat’v basics); - the merchandise is in saleable condition (that is, the item is unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original packaging or tags attached and where the products seal is not broken or tampered); and - the item is not an Excluded Items as specified above.
