The main body material is ABS, chosen for it's tough and durable qualities, in order to further extend the product's lifecycle - anticipating advancements in plastics recycling by the time the body has reached the end of its life.

rePodder supports local business wherever possible, including partnering with our manufacturer based in Brisbane, Australia to produce the product. The manufacturer complies with the Australian standards for ethical treatment of their labour force with pay rates and conditions.

Though using rePodder greatly reduces the carbon emissions from transporting, storage and processing associated with aluminium coffee capsules to get them ready for recycling, we appreciate that the single act of transporting the rePodder product to customers, has an impact on carbon emission.
